Team Digests
Receive automated weekly summaries of your team's AI development activity, delivered straight to your inbox.
Requirements
- Plan: Cloud Team or higher
- Email: Verified email address on your team account
What's Included
Each weekly digest contains:
- Quality Score Trend -- Current score with week-over-week direction (improving, stable, declining)
- Session Activity -- Number of sessions completed by the team during the week
- Cost Breakdown -- Total AI spend for the week across all team members
- Risk Areas -- Files and modules flagged with elevated risk scores
- Top Prompts -- Best-performing prompts from the team's prompt library
Setting Up Digests
1. Navigate to Digest Settings
Go to Dashboard > Team > Digest to access the digest configuration page.
2. Configure Delivery

| Recipients | Team members who receive the digest | All members |
3. Customize Sections
Toggle which sections appear in the digest:
- Quality score summary
- Session activity count
- Cost breakdown
- Risk area alerts
- Top prompts
Opting In and Out
Each team member can individually opt in or out of digest emails from their notification preferences in Dashboard > Settings > Notifications.
Digest History
Past digests are archived in the dashboard. Navigate to Dashboard > Team > Digest to view previous weeks' summaries with the same data that was emailed.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving digests?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify your email address in account settings
- Ensure you haven't opted out in notification preferences
- Confirm your organization has an active Cloud Team or Enterprise plan
